So now it’s time to get you ready!!

3. Log into your Xyngular account. Just head here:
https://myaccount.xyngular.com
Use the username and password you created to view your Back Office, track your package and access helpful online resources directly from the company.
4. Hit the grocery store for all the yummy things you’ll need during your Jumpstart. Here is the food list. Use this no matter what you purchased!

Once you have all your goodies and your package, let your coach know what day you plan to start on! Preparation is key, so map out your week, cook your proteins ahead of time and have snacks ready.
5. On the morning of Day 1, measure and weigh yourself.
Take pictures! You’ll regret it if you don’t!
6. Now, simply click to follow either the 8 Day System Jumpstart Guide or the Stand-Alone 8 Day Jumpstart Guide!
If you don’t have some of the products mentioned, just don’t use them. Use what you do have and follow the eating plan exactly as listed.
If you didn’t purchase Xyngular’s Lean Protein Smoothie, substitute 3 ounces of lean protein (eggs, beef, fish, chicken) in place of it whenever it is called for on the plan. If you do have the protein shake, make it with water or UNsweetened almond milk.
Take ONLY ONE Xyng for your first few days.
Most importantly, stay close to your coach in your Success Chat during your 8 Days. The first few days may be difficult. But it will be worth it!!!
