CALLS
There are a few different types of calls you will use as a Xyngular
Distributor!
Consult Calls
A Consult Call is the first call you will do with an interested person. It is a three way
call with a Coach, Downline and Prospect. A Consult Call is the first point of contact after someone expresses interest, a way to create excitement, inform about our system and build value. To complete one, the Downline gets a time from the Prospect that works for a call. Before the call, the Downline coordinates with the Coach so he or she can be on the call.
To start the call, you will call your Coach first, briefly explain to them who you will be calling
together, then add your friend into the call. Once they answer, you will merge the call and say, “Friend, so excited to tell you more about what I’m doing. I’m new to this, so I grabbed my Coach, {INSERT YOUR COACH’S NAME}, to help me answer questions and share with you! Coach, are you there? This is my friend, {INSERT YOUR FRIEND’S NAME}, and she’s interested in how I’m losing weight. Since you’ve been doing this longer than me, I knew you could totally help me fill her in!”
That’s it! As the Downline , you simply introduce your Coach to your Prospect and vice versa and then sits back and lets your Coach do all the rest!
Truly!
Push mute. Let your Coach, the expert, take over! She’s going to
ask your friend a lot of questions (looking for weight loss, energy, sleep, income, health, etc) and share stories that relate to what he or she is looking for. Your Coach will also go over the system, pricing and answer questions.
When your Coach passes the call back to you and jumps off the phone, just say, “How quick are you wanting to get started?” Then, grab the order on paper! You can enter it into your Back Office later. If you are newer, don’t worry. Your Coach is likely to stay on the phone with you until the end, even helping you grab the order.
Day 9 Calls
Schedule a Day 9 when your Customer first gets started. Plan to call you Customer on Day 9 with a Mentor after your Customer completes his or her 8 Day Challenge. This is a great opportunity to introduce them to another Coach or Mentor. (Or it can be your same Coach, if necessary .) You will introduce the Mentor to your Customer, just like you did on the Consult Call. Your Customer is now a completely different person, having put the products in their body and experienced the 8 Day Challenge! So, even if you get the same Coach on, it’ll be fine too! But try to work your way up your upline
and get someone new for this call, if possible.
The Mentor will ask the Customer what they loved most about the Challenge, as well as
congratulate them on their results. What plan the Customer will move to next will be discussed . Then, the Mentor can ask if the Customer has shared with any of their friends yet or if anyone has asked them what they’ve been doing. You, as as
the Customer’s Coach, and the Mentor can help encourage them to post on Facebook or host a party to share their results. Rewards Orders are also usually covered
on this call. Teach the Customer how to set or adjust their AutoShip
with the products they are now learning they don’t want to live without!
Day 9 Calls are a great way to help your Customers have great results, stay connected to you and keep the door open to inspiring them to join the business side of things! Do them with every single Customer of yours! If you can’t get them right on Day 9, don’t worry. Do it as soon after that as possible.
Inspire Calls
An Inspire Call works great anytime, although typically it is made
after someone has finished his or her 8 Day Challenge and after a Day 9 call. Used to inspire either a Customer to consider sharing or motivate a new Distributor to reach for what’s possible, Inspire Calls are also usually done
with your Coach or someone further upline
from you.
Do not skip these as they are make
or break with helping your team grow!!
Mentor Calls
A Mentor Call is a way for you to receive mentoring and training from your Coach, outside of time you two spend on Consult Calls or over FB and text. Mentor Calls are also something you should do for your Downline , as a way for you to connect with your first line Distributors, to mentor and train them. These calls should be above 15 minutes long and done weekly. Make sure to schedule
one with your Coach and to set them up with all of your first line Distributors, even if you only have one or two!
